Quest of the Keys Author Scotty Sanders Visited Grace International School in Thailand Last Month

“Quest of the Keys” author Scotty Sanders traveled to the Grace International School in Chiang Mai, Thailand in late February to speak with students and educators, aiming to impart the book’s message and inspire them. “Quest of the Keys” is a fantasy fiction novel geared toward young adults of high school and middle school ages.

Sanders also hosted several workshops where students could hear him talk about the topics in the book. Among the topics Sanders covered were taking personal responsibility and living with passion. He challenged the students to begin planning today for a life of success, stating, “What you do in your daily routine will have a lot to do with your success in life.”

Sanders also met with the Executive Team of the high school, which is the highest level of administration. During an hour and 15 minute session, Sanders spoke about leadership using principles in “Quest of the Keys.” Sanders also spoke to the Leadership Team of the school, school board members, faculty, and other adult leaders.

Sanders was invited to speak at the high school by a member of the Executive Team, Matt Coe. The two were introduced through a mutual friend who teaches at Grace International School, and Coe was able to meet with Sanders about using “Quest of the Keys” in the curriculum and extended an invitation to Thailand to speak about leadership and self-improvement.

“Scotty was invited to speak at our high school to inspire and encourage students, staff and our wider community through his teaching and expertise in leadership and personal development,” said Coe.

Grace International School began reading “Quest of the Keys” in January, and Sanders was very well-received by the students, the staff, and the administration.

“The students gained so much valuable insight into Scotty’s expertise in leadership principles and good life practices,” Coe added. “The administration were delighted with not only the teaching materials but the excellent presentations Scotty gave.”

In addition to being used as classroom reading material in schools across the U.S., Quest of the Keys has been taught in Europe, India, and now Thailand.
